What is included in the drop-in self-tape service?
The drop-in self-tape service gives you access to professional-grade studio equipment for filming your auditions. It's a flexible, no-commitment option for actors who want high-quality self-tapes without the need for a subscription.
How does payment work for drop-in self-tape sessions?
To secure your time slot, you pay £20 upfront for the first hour. If your session goes over an hour, you’ll simply pay the difference at the studio. For example, if your session lasts 90 minutes, you’ll pay an additional £10, bringing the total to £30. We offer contactless payment options or BACS transfer to make things as easy as possible!
How is the extra time charged if my self-tape session runs over an hour?
After the first hour we only charge for 30-minute intervals. So, if your session lasts 1 hour and 50 minutes, you’ll only pay £30 (the same as if it ran for 90 minutes). You’ll only be charged £40 once it hits the full 2-hour mark.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
We understand that things come up, but please note that the £20 payment becomes non-refundable within 24 hours of your session. So, to avoid losing your payment, please make sure you’re free to attend or reschedule well in advance.

A full session starts from the moment you walk into the studio until your tape is edited and ready to go. We edit your tape together during the session, so you can choose your best take on the spot. The editing process is very quick, and you'll have your tape ready before you leave the studio.

We understand sometimes lateness can be unavoidable, however as we are running on time slots so its important you punctual. Please let us know in advance if you are running behind schedule and we will try and accommodate you.
What if I’m unsure on my lines?
We would advise all actors to come as prepared as possible. The last thing we both would want is for you to feel you haven't gotten the best out of your session.
Can I bring an acting partner to my sessions?

How long do I have to use the 4 sessions?

What happens if I need more time after my 4 sessions?
Once you've used up your 4 sessions, you can either purchase another Flex Pass or use our drop-in sessions at the standard rate of £20 per hour. Alternatively, you can choose to subscribe for £60 a month to gain more consistent access to the studio.
Can I use more than 2 hours in a single session?
Absolutely. You can use your hours however you prefer. For example, you could use 4 hours in one session and spread the remaining 4 hours over two or three additional sessions, depending on your needs.
Can I cancel or get a refund on the Flex Pass if I don't use all the sessions?
The Flex Pass is non-refundable, but since you have a full two months to use your sessions, there’s plenty of time to make sure you get the full benefit. If you need additional time, just let us know, and we can discuss your options.
